About Penalty Kick Wiz

Penalty Kick Wiz strips football down to its purest duel: striker versus keeper, twelve yards, one kick. You play both sides of the drama — placing shots past a diving goalkeeper one moment, reading a striker's body language and guessing the corner the next.

Like all good penalty games, it is fundamentally mind-games with a ball. Corners, height and power give you a real aiming vocabulary as the taker, but the keeper knows the same vocabulary you do. Patterns get you saved; unpredictability, disguised at the last moment, gets you goals. On the goalkeeping side the game becomes a read — commit early and get sent the wrong way, or hold your nerve a beat longer and paw the shot wide.

Rounds are fast and the tension is real, which is exactly what a penalty shootout should feel like.

How to Play

As the taker, aim your shot — corner, height, power — and strike, mixing your choices so the keeper can never settle into a read. As the keeper, watch the run-up and pick your moment to dive. Shootouts swing on one save or one miss, so every single kick carries weight.

Penalty Kick Wiz Tips & Tricks

  • Never repeat the same corner three times — even a simple keeper AI punishes patterns.
  • Low and hard beats high and pretty when you just need a goal; top-corner shots are high reward, high risk.
  • As keeper, decide your dive before the strike but hide it — twitching early invites the opposite corner.
  • Track your own tendencies. Most players favor one side without realizing it, and correcting that alone wins shootouts.

Penalty Kick Wiz FAQ

Do I play as the striker or the goalkeeper?

Both — the game alternates you through taking and saving penalties, and being competent at both ends is what wins shootouts.

Is there skill involved, or is it rock-paper-scissors?

Placement precision is genuinely skill-based — a well-struck low corner beats a correct guess. The mind-game layer sits on top of real aiming, not instead of it.

How long is a match?

A standard shootout takes a couple of minutes, which makes it a perfect quick-session sports game.
