About Cozy Bubble

Cozy Bubble is a Frogame Original bubble shooter, the genre where you fire colored bubbles into a hanging cluster and pop groups of three or more. The classics are all here: a hex grid, a launcher with a next-bubble preview, and a ceiling that creeps down every few shots.

The part that separates good players from lucky ones is the drop. Bubbles hang from the ceiling; when a pop severs a whole chunk from the roof, that entire cluster falls and scores. Setting up a shot that removes a single supporting bubble and drops fifteen with it is far more valuable than steadily popping threes — and the bounce-preview line lets you plan wall shots to reach the supports you couldn't hit directly.

Three difficulties change how many colors are in play (four, five or six), each with its own best score. The board pushes down every six shots without a clear, so stalling has a cost.

How to Play

Aim with your finger or the mouse — a dotted line previews the path, including one wall bounce. Release to fire. Three or more of the same color pop, and any cluster no longer attached to the ceiling falls for bonus points. Go six shots without a clear and the ceiling drops a row; let bubbles reach the bottom line and the run ends.

Cozy Bubble Tips & Tricks

  • Hunt for support bubbles: popping one that's holding a big cluster scores far more than popping the cluster itself.
  • Use the wall bounce for shots into the upper corners — that's where supports hide.
  • The next-bubble preview should decide your current shot, not just the one after.
  • Don't waste shots parking bubbles at the edges; six wasted shots push the whole ceiling down.
  • Start on four colors to learn drop setups, then move up — the tactic scales, the difficulty just adds noise.

Cozy Bubble FAQ

What makes bubbles fall without popping?

Losing their connection to the ceiling. Sever the link and the whole hanging cluster drops, scoring more than an ordinary pop.

Does the aim line show bounces?

Yes — it previews a single wall bounce, which is enough to plan the bank shots the genre is built around.

How do difficulties differ?

By color count: four, five or six. More colors means fewer accidental matches, and each difficulty keeps its own high score.
