Cozy Pop is a Frogame Original in the SameGame tradition: a grid packed with coloured blocks, where tapping any group of two or more connected blocks of the same colour clears them. Blocks above fall into the gap, and empty columns slide together.

The scoring is what makes it a strategy game rather than a tapping game: a group of n blocks scores n squared. Clearing two blocks is worth almost nothing; clearing twelve at once is worth a fortune. So the skill is patience — merging small clusters into one enormous group before you cash it in, and resisting the easy pairs that would split it.

A run ends when no group of two remains, and clearing the board down to ten blocks or fewer earns a completion bonus. Three colour counts set the difficulty, there's a hint that highlights the largest available group, and one undo for the tap you regret.

How to Play

Tap any group of two or more connected same-coloured blocks to clear them. Blocks above fall down and empty columns close up. Scores rise with the square of the group size, so bigger clears are worth dramatically more. The run ends when no group of two remains.

• Never clear a pair you could grow into a six — group size is squared, so patience literally pays.
• Clear from the bottom when you can: falling blocks merge upper clusters for you.
• Keep one colour as a 'bank' at the side of the board and let it accumulate.
• Column collapse is a tool — clearing a full column can join two distant clusters of the same colour.
• Use the hint to see the biggest group available, then ask whether waiting would make it bigger still.
