About Cozy Jam
Cozy Jam is a Frogame Original in the sliding-block escape family: a 6×6 lot packed with blocks, one warm-red GO block, and a single glowing exit on the right. Blocks only slide along their own lane — horizontal pieces slide sideways, vertical pieces up and down — so freeing the GO block is a little logistics puzzle about who has to move first.
All 60 levels are generated with a solver in the loop: every board is verified escapable, and its par is the true shortest solution, re-checked move by move. That makes the star ratings honest — three stars means you matched the best possible line, not an arbitrary target. Difficulty climbs from friendly five-move warmups to hard boards that need twenty-plus precise slides.
The feel matters as much as the logic: blocks track your finger along their lane, stop cleanly against neighbors, and snap to the grid on release. One smooth slide counts as one move, however far it travels. Undo is unlimited, the first hint each level is free (it shows the actual next move of a shortest solution), and progress saves in your browser.
How to Play
Drag any block along its lane — horizontal blocks slide left and right, vertical blocks up and down, and nothing may overlap. Clear a path for the red GO block and slide it through the exit on the right edge to win. Finish at par for three stars; the level select tracks your best result on every board.

- Work backwards from the exit: which blocks sit in the GO block's row, and what has to happen before each can leave?
- A long slide costs the same as a short one — move blocks all the way when you can.
- Vertical blocks in the exit row are the real bosses of every board; plan their escape route first.
- If your move count is far past par, restart and rethink the opening — most hard boards hinge on the first three moves.
- The free hint shows the optimal next move for your current position, so it's most valuable when you're genuinely stuck, not at the start.

What counts as one move?

How do I get three stars?
